The guidance method is way too complicate and misses a focus on direction command: You loose way too easily the sense of command axis ending up with total loss of control. You need somehow an automated system to dampen the inertia, since manual command will always keep the vessel moving somehow uncontrollable. Is not clear when and how the mining laser would start activating. Is not clear why the refiner/builder stop docking/undocking due to lack of a resource.
